This ensures that the loom operates at high speed in a low-vibration state while producing high-quality fabrics. In addition, a new spray painting process is adopted to ensure that the service life of the machine will be longer.
The new improved nozzle (special for high-speed taffeta) adopts an improved long-tube rectifying duct, which greatly improves the clustering of the sprayed water.
Since the position of the nozzle has been moved 6mm closer to the cloth fell, the possible angle of weft insertion is increased by 30° than before. It not only makes the adjustment of weft insertion simpler, but also reduces the water pump pressure and water output, thus achieving flexible weft insertion. All models of fully electric weft control are equipped as standard with fully electric weft detectors that can adapt to a wide range of yarn types from raw yarn to strongly twisted yarn, from low denier to high denier, realizing The machine operates at high speed and stably.
Blower-less weft storage and length measurement (BLD length measurement) greatly saves power consumption because the length measurement blower for weft storage is abandoned.

Two-color free exchange device (weft feed mechanism with roller-type weft feeder) uses LW’s original roller-type weft feeder that is suitable for a variety of weft yarns.
Since the weft yarn picked several times is wound on the roller drum, the tension remains constant. In addition, the tilt-rotating roller-type yarn unwinding mechanism prevents weft yarns from overlapping each other, enabling particularly soft and stable length measurement even for fine spun yarns.

The length measuring motor is controlled by a frequency converter and can start and stop slowly, thus making the winding of the weft yarn very gentle. Stable length measurement is possible even during high-speed operation.
In the past, there was a proximity switch to read the angle, but now it is changed to an encoder method. The high-speed electromagnetic hook is adopted to further improve the high-speed following performance. In addition, the angle display during inching stop can also be performed.
Selection of patterns and patterns The built-in weft feeder in the program makes the combination and change of patterns easier. FDU: 999 weft insertion × 9999 pattern repetition × 3250 steps, EDU: 9999 kinds of weft insertion can be input. Long patterns such as saris and handkerchiefs can also be easily set.
Because it is equipped with a device that synchronizes with the dobby, there is no need to re-align the pattern when restarting.
Electronically controlled let-off device Like the JAT610 air-jet loom, it is also equipped with an electronically controlled let-off device equipped with an AC servo motor as standard.
Due to the use of electronically controlled let-off, the warp yarns can always maintain a certain appropriate tension, so high-quality fabrics can be woven from the warp beam to the machine.
The parking gear prevention system is equipped with a function that can effectively prevent the loom from being generated when the loom is restarted after stopping.
The time function (reversal function) can forward or reverse the preset number of weft insertions before starting the machine to correct the position of the cloth mouth. It can also be corrected corresponding to the parking time.
The weft picking length can be pre-set several times according to the stopping time to relax the tension of the warp yarn and prevent the elongation of the spinning yarn caused by long-term stopping time. When the machine is restarted, the tension is automatically restored.
The inching synchronization of the loom uses an AC servo motor to synchronously follow the warp let-off amount of the inching (forward/reverse rotation) of the loom.
Negative stability Due to the adoption of a let-off device that can adapt to light to heavy fabrics and can be changed according to the fabric being woven, the quality of the fabric is improved.
Positive and steady Positive and steady let-off can ensure that the warp let-off and shedding are performed simultaneously. It is suitable for fabrics with high requirements for beating up, such as high-density fabrics and thickened fabrics.
High tension specification warp let-off adopts high rigidity structure and multi-point support method for beating up, so it can adapt to high tension and can stably weave medium-thickness and high weight per square meter fabrics (select settings is negative and stable).
The horizontal cloth fell increases the rigidity of the breast beam and is equipped with a large-diameter cloth take-up roller as standard. Because the stability of the cloth edge is improved and the phenomenon of impact beat-up is prevented, the machine can achieve stable weaving under high-speed operation.
Inclined fabric fell In order to cope with unbalanced dobby fabrics, an inclined fabric fell is adopted. In order to cope with the S-shaped winding of high-density and high-tension fabrics, a tension roller is adopted. This plays a strengthening role in preventing the phenomenon of impact and beat-up. As a high-tension resistant machine, the machine breast beam has also been further strengthened.
The electronically controlled coiling device calculates the number of rotations of the motor from the preset coiling density, and controls the speed to make the motor rotate at a certain speed. In addition, for actions such as jogging of the loom, position control is used to follow. Density setting by the electronically controlled take-up unit (ETU) can be entered entirely through the multi-function operating panel. There is no need to use a change gear.
Since the rolling density can be adjusted within the range of 0.1 threads per inch, it is possible to weave with the correct density.
With the 4 preset winding densities, the weaving of fabrics with different weft densities can also be carried out.
Automatic weft finding and broken device The weft storage and length measuring machine is equipped with Toyota’s unique automatic weaving felling device, which makes restarting the operation particularly simple.
After the loom is stopped, it will automatically reverse slowly and stop in a state where the weft yarn can be pulled out. Just press the READY button and RUN button when restarting.
Optional components for high value-added and special fabrics:
Double pumps can achieve stable weft insertion of two types of weft yarns with very different fineness and characteristics.
Even when the same kind of weft yarn is mixed, since each nozzle is set with optimal weft insertion conditions, it can achieve high and stable weft insertion effect.
Elastic yarn specifications In order to prevent the end of the yarn from bouncing back to the nozzle after the weft yarn is cut, the distance between the wire clamp and the nozzle is shortened to the maximum extent.
Weft yarn braking equalizes the tension on the left and right sides of the cloth, improving the quality of the fabric.
After weft picking, the weft yarn is held by the weft yarn push rod, which prevents the rebound of the end weft yarn and achieves the uniformity of left and right tension.
The separate shedding device for CC (weft catching warp) The separate shedding device for CC does not use a heald frame and is driven by an independent station device.

You can set the optimal time for the yarn catching warp opening. The two different functions of yarn catching edge warp and heald frame can have optimal time setting.
The beat-up shaft with multi-point support in the middle corresponds to high tension and high-density fabrics, and adopts a reinforced breast beam and a beat-up shaft with multi-point support in the middle.
Push-button water injection device After shutting down, just press the READY button to start the test firing before restarting. There is no need to step on the pedal of the water pump.
It prevents the phenomenon of missing weft during restart caused by water leakage in the nozzle, greatly improving the operability.
Used in conjunction with the automatic weft-breaking device, when the loom is stopped and restarted, just press the READY and RUN buttons (because when the loom is stopped due to weft, the weft must be removed after automatic inching).
Multi-function operation panel The newly developed multi-function operation panel is equipped as standard.
Through the multi-function panel, the operation of the machine, forward/reverse rotation, etc. can be made particularly simple.
The operation screen is displayed with large and eye-catching marks. There are no concave and convex surfaces, and the appearance is particularly simple and beautiful.
