  In addition to giving cotton fabrics no ironing properties, polypolyhydroxy acid can also improve the flame retardancy of cotton-polyester-cut blankets. The esterification reaction between polypoly hydroxy acid and fiber is usually catalyzed by sodium hypophosphite and sodium phosphate. Cotton-containing velvet fabrics can be sorted with polypolypolyhydroxy acids containing phosphorous, such as succinate sodium phosphinate (PS), disuccinate sodium phosphinate (PBS), or a mixture of both. Improve the flame retardant properties of fabrics. The fabric-piercing finishing solution containing PS or PBS has a rolling liquid of 80% to 90%, and then bake it at 100°C for 2 to 5 minutes, 170°C for 3 minutes, and wash it in water. The results show that when the pH value is 3 to 4.5, the finishing effect is good. The finishing fabric passes the 45° angle combustion test, and even at the ignition point, only the surface flashes. In addition, the finishing agent has little impact on the physical properties of printed fabrics and cotton-polyester velvet fabrics, such as strength and whiteness.
