(2) The tension on the cloth surface is too high, and the warp yarn is close to the edge support roller, which causes the edge support defects caused by cutting the warp and weft yarns to be cut, mostly regular defects.
(3) The wider the width or the larger the weft shrinkage, the more likely it is to cause side-support defects. When the fabric surfaces on both sides of the fabric leave the side-supporting roller, the support web of the side-supporting defect roller is lost, and the liner of the side-supporting roller shrinks to the center of the fabric body.
